Although the climax of the Chinese New Year, Nian, lasts only two or three days, including New Year’s Eve, New Year season extends from mid-twelfth month of the previous year in the middle of the first month of the new year. A month after the New Year is a good time for business. People pour their money to buy presents, decoration materials, food and clothing.
